1. Orders & Payment

• Once you place an order, we start preparing it immediately – so no changes can be made after payment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Kuwait 🇰🇼.

• Delivery takes 1–3 working days.

• Delivery fee will be added at checkout (if not already included).

3. Returns & Exchanges

• No returns or exchanges are allowed unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with pictures.
